Along with the collectibles achievements there are also general gameplay achievements for players to unlock. These collectibles are tied to a number of achievements. Kindergarten students at ECS perform above the national average for reading and math in growth assessments, which are administered three times during the school year.There are two types of collectibles in Kindergarten 2: Monstermon cards and outfits. The small and nurturing classroom environment inspires students to reach their potential, fosters positive relationships with peers and teachers, and reinforces the values taught at home. Our desire is to encourage a life-long love of learning in the areas of Language Arts (reading, writing, and spelling), Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, and Technology. Students learn to build words by combining sounds and become confident readers. Our phonics-based reading program is a cornerstone of our success. Our program is an exciting, hands-on adventure in learning in a dynamic and bright environment. Through differentiated instruction, teachers help students achieve academic growth based on different skill levels and speed of progress. Our curriculum is aligned with, and exceeds, the Indiana Academic Standards with an integrated Biblical worldview. ![]() ECS strives to provide a learning experience where students are encouraged to explore and equipped to learn while developing critical thinking skills. ![]() It’s the perfect balance of independent instruction and small group collaboration. Kindergarten days are filled with fun and joy - lots of movement, music, and play - as well as time for calm and quiet. Children must be 5 years old by August 1 to enroll. Before and after school care is also available from 6:30 a.m. In addition to physical safety, we are committed to ensuring every child feels socially and emotionally safe at school as well. All of our campuses are highly secure, and parents often speak of how safe they feel sending their children to ECS. Kindergarten classes are offered at our Elementary Campus, and classes have a maximum of 22 students with a licensed teacher and a full-time assistant in each of the four homerooms. ECS is a school where students feel seen and known, as well as a place where they learn about the Bible and see Christian values modeled every day. Kindergarten students at ECS are actively engaged in learning through key academic fundamentals while also capturing their imagination so they will continue to love learning. ![]()
